Legendary Winemaker and Exception Wines
Distinguished winemaker, David Eiberg, and one of the co-owners of Therianthropy Wines, Tim Reed Manessy will lead us in a tasting of three exceptional wines from the emerging terroirs of Ontario.
Bonnie Vivant Chardonnay (2019) - Lemon and peach, white flowers and crushed seashells. Vibrant acidity. Think shucking oysters with your toes in the sand. A salty sea breeze at magic hour.
Ruby Woolf Pinot Noir (2020) - True to her fussy nature, she's a highly toned Pinot, with the crunch of a Gamay. Bright red fruit defines this wine, along with rhubarb, white pepper, sorrel, dandelion and a touch of mint.
Mouflon Voignier Blend (2020) - Grippy and intense, this hazy orange-hued wine beams astringent apricot, bergamot, peach blossom, on a tight palate.

Your wines and charcuterie plate must be picked up at DYMON Wine Cellar (1460 The Queensway, Etobicoke M8Z 1S7) between 10am and 4pm any day August 16 through August 18.

About the DYMON Wine Cellar
World-Class Wine Cellar & Event Space
The tasting will be held at the DYMON Wine Cellar, which as you know, is designed to be a place of inspiration and elegance offering high-quality private cellars, an exclusive wine club, Members’ lounge, beautiful tasting rooms and event space. This will be your first opportunity to experience our wine club benefits and event space, albeit virtually, but soon it’ll be in-person.
Event Hosting
We will be opening our event space in September. The DYMON Wine Cellar’s artfully designed spacious lounge will be the perfect place to celebrate your next special event of up to 40 people. Our private dining room can host up to 20 people, and our dedicated tasting rooms can hold small groups of 8-10. We’ll even arrange the food and wine to your specifications.
Wineries and Agents
DYMON Wine Cellar will also be partnering with several leading wine brands who are interested in engaging with our clientele. The Cellar features a fifty-foot Wine Display Wall, which is available to wineries and wine agents to prominently display their wines that are available for purchase.
