Meet Wanda Srdoc: Your Truffle Whisperer Welcome to the Host with the most TRUFFLE experience in the Canadian Food & Hospitality Industry. Wanda Srdoc is the founder of White Truffles FINEST and ROOT44. She is a 4th generation truffle hunter, purveyor and a respected 20-year veteran in the fine foods industry. As a truffle specialist and truffle lover herself, she enjoys sharing everything she knows about truffles. Whether it’s a star-studded client (think Martha Stewart, Elton John) or a first-time truffle taster, Wanda cherishes the interactions and welcomes extending her expertise. Back in 2005, Wanda kickstarted the truffle revolution by introducing Toronto GTA to the highly coveted white truffles from her family’s truffle forest in Croatia. Today, her business has grown to offer the finest of white and black truffles from France, Italy, and Croatia. These treasures along with her family’s innovative truffle preserves, have found their way to clients across Canada. Wanda’s journey goes beyond truffles. Her business also offers truffle-themed private and corporate culinary events along with bespoke corporate gifting featuring exceptional foods, fine wines, and spirits. She recently began offering premium small-group culinary and cultural escapes to her family’s region in Croatia with the highlight being a private truffle hunt at her family’s truffle estate. As her businesses in fine foods and events grow, Wanda remains unwavering in her passion to create authentic connections with her clients through unforgettable culinary experiences.

Barolo braised beef cheeks or Truffled brown butter Cauliflower steak* with
Potato foam, caramelized carrots, and Swiss chard Mixed greens salad to share center table.
