About the Chef

Chef Ryan Lall seamlessly blends his passion for bold flavors, rustic presentation, and love of global cuisine. Exemplifying the essence of being a Chef in Toronto, Ryan draws on a diverse array of flavors from around the world, crafting unique culinary experiences. His culinary journey encompasses prestigious kitchens, including the Legislative Assembly at Queen's Park, Metropolitan Hotel, Metro Toronto Convention Center, and advancing to the role of Sous Chef at Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square.

Ryan's position as Chef de Cuisine at FRANK Restaurant at the Art Gallery of Ontario allowed him to skillfully merge art and cooking, emphasizing exquisite presentations. His extensive experience extends to freelancing in offsite catering, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations. Notable events, such as the Molson Indy, Tennis Canada, PGA Tour, and Hockey House Canada during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, showcase Ryan's culinary prowess. Additionally, he served as a presenting Chef at the 2013 Toronto Hot and Spicy Festival.
