Penne A La Cab – Italian Sausage, Roasted Mushrooms, and sweet peas tossed in a Cab Noir Cream sauce with grand Padano cheese.
Taco Bar – Chicken and Pork Bowl with flash pickled slaw, hot sauces with mini tortillas AND two bite Pulled Chicken and Pork Tacos with flash pickled grilled pineapple slaw.
Oysters Rockefeller – In a creamy leek and madeira sauce topped with bacon, grand Padano cheese, and a crunchy herbed panko crust.
Muffaletta Wontons - Olive relish, double smoked bacon, chevre stuffed golden wontons served with tomato jam.
Over the Top Nachos – Seasoned and BBQ’s Port braised Beef Brisket, fire-roasted veggies, and cheese on nacho chips served with salsa, sour cream, and smashed guacamole.

His lifelong love of food and drinks has guided him to author two cookbooks the latest, Invite: Cocktails, Canapes, Company features modern twists on classic food and drinks. Jeremy Parsons is a mainstay of TV morning shows where he talks about the hottest home entertaining trends along with inspiring recipes. He and his wife Lizette recently created SIP Niagara; Canada’s newest gourmet food and drink festival in Vineland, Ontario. His new show The Gastro Guru for Amazon Prime is currently in production and will stream late this year which features his travel, running events and of course amazing recipes!
