Adam-Mereaux Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne

Crafted by a third-generation female winemaker, this wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel followed by 60+ months of aging on lees. 70% of the grapes were harvested primarily from the 2015 vintage with the remainder from 2013/2014. The result is a champagne of great balance, softness and elegance, with aromas of brioche and citrus fruits and marzipan on the palate. At a balanced (and dry) 5g/l of RS and at 12% ABV, these bubbles are just about ‘goldilocks right’ in our books.
