We offer Wine Cellars in 108, 140, and 280 bottle configurations, in addition to Private Walk-In Wine Cellars in 474, 696, 1,552, and 1,840 bottle configurations for more significant collections.

Ideal Temperature
We keep the cellaring environment between 11 and 14 °C (52 and 58 °F). These values are monitored 24 hours a day, with alarm systems notifying key personnel of any fluctuations.

Darkness prevails until our motion-sensor lighting is enabled. This lighting is specialized LEDs whose wavelength will not harm the wine.

Our cellar has advanced 24-hour security and onsite monitoring. Additionally, the DYMON Wine Cellar is only accessible via biometric facial recognition, and personal cellars can only be open via fingerprint scanning.

The DYMON Wine Cellar is conveniently accessible 24/7 by Members through a secure and warm drive-in bay. The drive-in bay allows for easy and safe loading and unloading, with on-hand carts and dollies to assist.
